Under Wraps’ Returns Policy

We have a stellar record when it comes to product satisfaction in our face-to-face transactions. We want you to have fun using our products for gift-wrapping, decorating, or crafts. If you have any questions or problems with your order please contact us.

We will always do our best to meet your expectations. If it is a small issue, we may be able to issue loyalty points as store credit. We may also be able to replace faulty product if you were to receive any. We do not accept returns on product that has been used or opened. In the unlikely event that you simply cannot use any of the product that you have ordered, and wish to return your order in its entirety, please direct your return request to:
Any full order return request should be made within 24 hours of product delivery.
We may impose a restocking or ship-credit-reversal fee for refunds on returned merchandise.
No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
