This 100% Nylon tulle is equivalent to the product we normally carry, but made by a different manufacturer.  This manufacturer uses a different kind of flange that pops off the spool easily, and the flanges have been lost.

This tulle is sold at half price because there are no flanges, which does not affect the useability of the product.
